Rosemary is a staple in most herb gardens. This plant is
known for its stimulating effect on mind and body. It is antiseptic, analgesic
and energizing. The therapeutic properties of leaves are most easily extracted
by heating the material in a carrier oil. If kept in a cool, dark place,
infused oils will last up to one year. You can use your rosemary hot infusion
oil to reduce muscular aches and pains. It also makes an invigorating massage
or bath oil.
